سياسة الشحن
في شركة سكيل ايه اي تكنولوجي سوليوشنز، نلتزم بتوفير شحن سريع وموثوق داخل دولة الإمارات العربية المتحدة.
معالجة الطلبات
تتم معالجة الطلبات من الاثنين إلى الجمعة. أما الطلبات التي يتم تقديمها خلال عطلات نهاية الأسبوع أو العطلات الرسمية، فسيتم البدء في معالجتها في يوم العمل التالي.
مدة التوصيل المتوقعة – داخل دولة الإمارات العربية المتحدة
يستغرق التوصيل داخل الإمارات عادةً من 2 إلى 5 أيام عمل بعد شحن الطلب.
يرجى ملاحظة أن أوقات التوصيل تعتبر تقديرية، وقد تتأثر أحيانًا بظروف خارجة عن إرادتنا، مثل تأخير شركات الشحن أو العطلات الرسمية أو الظروف الجوية.
تكلفة الشحن
يتم احتساب رسوم الشحن تلقائيًا عند إتمام الطلب، وذلك بناءً على موقع التوصيل وتفاصيل الطلب.
تتبع الطلب
بمجرد شحن طلبك، ستصلك رسالة تأكيد عبر البريد الإلكتروني تحتوي على تفاصيل التتبع.
كما يمكنك أيضًا تتبع طلبك من خلال صفحة تتبع الطلب على موقعنا.
الشحنات التالفة أو المفقودة
في حال وصول الطلب تالفًا، أو في حال كنت تعتقد أن الشحنة مفقودة، يرجى التواصل معنا في أقرب وقت ممكن.
يجب تقديم أي مطالبة بخصوص الشحنات التالفة أو المفقودة خلال مدة لا تتجاوز 7 أيام من تاريخ التسليم.
الرسوم الجمركية والضرائب
بالنسبة للطلبات التي يتم توصيلها داخل دولة الإمارات العربية المتحدة، لا يتم عادةً فرض أي رسوم جمركية إضافية.
أما بالنسبة للشحنات الدولية، فقد يتم فرض رسوم جمركية أو ضرائب أو رسوم استيراد حسب الدولة المستلمة، وتكون هذه الرسوم على مسؤولية العميل.
إذا تم إرجاع طلب دولي بسبب رفض دفع الرسوم الجمركية أو عدم استلام الشحنة، فقد يتم خصم تكاليف الشحن وأي رسوم خاصة بالإرجاع من مبلغ الاسترداد.

Order Processing
Orders are processed from Monday to Friday. Orders placed on weekends or public holidays will be processed on the next business day.
Estimated Delivery Time – United Arab Emirates
Delivery within the UAE usually takes 2 to 5 business days after dispatch.
Please note that delivery times are estimates and may occasionally be affected by circumstances beyond our control, such as courier delays, public holidays, or weather conditions.
Shipping Costs
Shipping charges are automatically calculated at checkout based on your delivery location and order details.
Order Tracking
Once your order has been shipped, you will receive a confirmation email with your tracking details.
You can also track your order through our website on the Track Your Order page.
Damaged or Missing Shipments
If your order arrives damaged, or if you believe your package is missing, please contact us as soon as possible. Any claims regarding damaged or missing shipments must be made within 7 days from the delivery date.
Customs, Duties and Taxes
For orders delivered within the UAE, no additional customs duties usually apply.
For international shipments, customs duties, taxes, or import fees may apply depending on the destination country. These charges are the responsibility of the customer.
If an international order is returned due to refusal to pay customs fees or failure to receive the shipment, the shipping costs and any return handling charges may be deducted from the refund.
