سياسة الاسترجاع والاسترداد

في SCALE AI TECHNOLOGY، يتم تصنيع العديد من منتجاتنا باستخدام الطباعة ثلاثية الأبعاد ووفق نظام التصنيع حسب الطلب أو التخصيص. لذلك، تخضع طلبات الإلغاء والاسترجاع والاسترداد للشروط التالية، وذلك مع عدم الإخلال بأي حقوق إلزامية مقررة للمستهلك بموجب القوانين المعمول بها في دولة الإمارات العربية المتحدة.

1) الإلغاء قبل بدء الإنتاج

يجوز للعميل طلب إلغاء الطلب قبل بدء الإنتاج فقط.

إذا لم يدخل الطلب بعد في مرحلة التصميم أو التخصيص أو الطباعة أو التجهيز أو التصنيع، فقد نقبل الإلغاء ونقوم برد المبلغ، مع حقنا في خصم أي تكاليف غير قابلة للاسترداد تم تكبدها بالفعل، مثل:

• رسوم بوابات الدفع
• رسوم التصميم
• رسوم الاستشارة
• أي تكاليف تحضيرية تم تنفيذها قبل الإلغاء

أما إذا بدأ الطلب في مرحلة:

• التصميم
• التخصيص
• الطباعة
• التصنيع
• التشطيب
• التجميع
• أو التجهيز للشحن

فلا يجوز إلغاؤه.

2) الطلبات المخصصة والمصنوعة حسب الطلب

نظرًا لطبيعة منتجاتنا، فإن الطلبات التالية تعتبر غير قابلة للإلغاء أو الاسترجاع أو الاسترداد بعد بدء الإنتاج:

• المنتجات المصنوعة حسب الطلب
• المنتجات المخصصة أو الشخصية
• المقاسات الخاصة
• الأسماء أو النصوص أو الشعارات
• الخرائط أو المباني أو المعالم المختارة من العميل
• الألوان أو الخامات أو التشطيبات الخاصة
• الطلبات التي تم إنتاجها بعد موافقة العميل على التصميم أو المعاينة أو المقاسات أو النموذج

3) الحالات التي يمكن فيها طلب استرجاع أو استرداد

يجوز النظر في طلب الاسترجاع أو الاستبدال أو الاسترداد فقط إذا كان المنتج:

• تالفًا عند الاستلام
• معيبًا عيبًا تصنيعيًا
• غير مطابق بشكل جوهري للطلب المؤكد
• أو تم تسليم منتج خاطئ

يجب على العميل إشعارنا خلال 48 ساعة من وقت الاستلام عبر:

ويجب أن يتضمن الطلب:

• رقم الطلب
• وصفًا واضحًا للمشكلة
• صورًا أو فيديو واضحًا للمنتج
• وصور التغليف عند الحاجة

4) المعالجة بعد مراجعة الطلب

بعد مراجعة الطلب، يحق لنا بحسب الحالة:

• إصلاح المنتج
• استبدال المنتج
• قبول إرجاع المنتج
• إصدار رصيد متجر
• أو رد المبلغ كليًا أو جزئيًا

وفي بعض الحالات، قد نطلب إعادة المنتج أولًا قبل اعتماد الاستبدال أو الاسترداد.

5) خصائص الطباعة ثلاثية الأبعاد الطبيعية

نظرًا لطبيعة الطباعة ثلاثية الأبعاد والتشطيب اليدوي، فإن الأمور التالية لا تعتبر عيبًا تلقائيًا ما لم تؤثر بشكل جوهري على استخدام المنتج أو تجعله غير مطابق للطلب:

• خطوط الطبقات البسيطة
• ملمس سطحي خفيف
• فروقات بسيطة جدًا في الأبعاد
• اختلافات طفيفة في اللون أو التشطيب
• فروقات بسيطة بين الصور الرقمية أو الرندر والمنتج النهائي

6) مسؤولية العميل عن الموافقة

إذا تم إرسال:

• تصميم
• معاينة
• رندر
• قياسات
• نموذج
• أو تأكيد نهائي

إلى العميل قبل الإنتاج، فإن العميل يتحمل مسؤولية مراجعة واعتماد:

• النصوص
• الأسماء
• المقاسات
• الاتجاه
• التصميم
• المبنى أو المعلم المختار
• وأي تفاصيل مخصصة أخرى

وبعد اعتماد العميل، لا نتحمل مسؤولية الأخطاء التي تمت الموافقة عليها من قبله، وذلك دون الإخلال بما يفرضه القانون.

7) الشحن وتكاليف الإرجاع

لا تقبل أي مرتجعات إلا بعد موافقة كتابية مسبقة منا.

ما لم يكن السبب خطأ من طرفنا أو عيبًا في المنتج أو التزامًا قانونيًا علينا، فإن العميل يتحمل تكاليف إعادة الشحن.

إذا كان المنتج لا يمكن إرجاعه بالشحن العادي بسبب الحجم أو الهشاشة أو التغليف الخاص، فقد يتحمل العميل أيضًا تكلفة النقل المتخصص، ما لم يكن سبب الإرجاع راجعًا إلينا.

8) عنوان الإرجاع

ترسل المرتجعات المعتمدة فقط إلى:

أي شحنة مرتجعة ترسل دون موافقة مسبقة قد يتم رفضها.

9) طريقة الاسترداد

إذا تمت الموافقة على الاسترداد، فسيتم رد المبلغ عبر وسيلة الدفع الأصلية ما لم يتم الاتفاق على غير ذلك.

ويجوز خصم ما يلي من أي مبلغ مسترد، متى كان ذلك مناسبًا:

• رسوم بوابة الدفع
• رسوم التصميم أو التخصيص
• تكاليف تم تنفيذها بالفعل قبل الإلغاء
• أي تكاليف غير قابلة للاسترجاع تكبدتها الشركة

10) الحقوق النظامية

لا يقصد من هذه السياسة استبعاد أو تقييد أي حقوق إلزامية مقررة للمستهلك بموجب قوانين دولة الإمارات العربية المتحدة. وفي حال وجود أي تعارض، تكون الحقوق الإلزامية المقررة قانونًا هي المطبقة. كما أن عرض الشروط والبيانات والعقود المتعلقة بالمستهلك بالعربية مطلوب في الإمارات، ويجوز إضافة لغة أخرى معها.

Return & Refund Policy

At SCALE AI TECHNOLOGY, many of our products are made using 3D printing and are produced on a made-to-order or customised basis. For that reason, cancellation, return, replacement, and refund requests are subject to the terms below, without prejudice to any mandatory consumer rights under the laws of the United Arab Emirates.

1) Cancellation before production

You may request cancellation of your order before production begins only.

If your order has not yet entered the design, customization, printing, preparation, manufacturing, finishing, assembly, or dispatch preparation stage, we may approve the cancellation and issue a refund, subject to deduction of any non-recoverable costs already incurred, including:

• payment gateway charges
• design fees
• consultation fees
• preparation costs already performed

Once production has started, the order may no longer be cancelled.

2) Custom-made and made-to-order items

Because of the nature of our products, the following orders are non-cancellable, non-returnable, and non-refundable once production has begun:

• made-to-order products
• customised or personalised products
• custom dimensions
• names, text, logos, or personalised elements
• maps, buildings, or landmarks selected by the customer
• special colours, materials, or finishes
• orders produced after customer approval of a preview, mock-up, render, dimensions, or final design confirmation

3) When a return, replacement, or refund may be requested

A return, replacement, or refund request may only be considered if the product is:

• damaged on delivery
• defective due to a manufacturing issue
• materially different from the confirmed order
• or the wrong item was delivered

Your request must include:

• your order number
• a clear description of the issue
• clear photos or video of the product
• and photos of the packaging where relevant

4) What we may do after review

After reviewing the claim, we may, depending on the circumstances:

• repair the product
• replace the product
• accept the return of the product
• issue store credit
• or provide a full or partial refund

In some cases, we may require the item to be returned before approving a replacement or refund.

5) Normal 3D printing characteristics

Due to the nature of 3D printing and hand-finishing, the following do not automatically qualify as defects unless they materially affect the intended use of the product or make it substantially inconsistent with the confirmed order:

• minor layer lines
• slight surface texture
• very small dimensional tolerances
• slight colour or finish variation
• minor differences between digital renders, product images, and the final item

6) Customer approval responsibility

Where we provide a:

• design
• preview
• render
• measurement confirmation
• mock-up
• or final approval request

before production, the customer is responsible for reviewing and approving:

• names and text
• dimensions
• orientation
• design layout
• selected building or landmark
• and any other customised details

Once approved, we are not responsible for customer-approved errors, except where otherwise required by law.

7) Shipping and return costs

No returns will be accepted without our prior written approval.

Unless the return is required because of our error, a defect, or a legal obligation applicable to us, the customer bears the cost of return shipping.

If the item cannot reasonably be returned by standard post because of size, fragility, or special packaging requirements, the customer may also bear the cost of specialist return transport unless the issue was caused by us.

9) Refund method

If a refund is approved, it will be issued to the original payment method unless otherwise agreed.

Any refund may be reduced, where appropriate, by:

• payment gateway charges
• design or customization fees
• work already carried out before cancellation
• and any other non-recoverable costs incurred by the company

10) Mandatory legal rights

Nothing in this policy is intended to exclude or limit any mandatory consumer rights available under the laws of the United Arab Emirates. Consumer-related data, advertising, and contracts in the UAE must be in Arabic, and other languages may be used alongside Arabic.
